We would like to take the time to tell you how thrilled we both are with our new basement.  We call it our new basement because anyone who has seen it before the job does not recognize it now. As you already know we are not quite done with the finishing touches yet but are getting closer and closer now that your installer Dave has finished putting in the system we ordered.The Basement Systems of America system we opted for is awesome! Everyone that has seen it has been amazed how durable and great looking it is.
We would also like to take the time to thank Dave Clark, your installer. Dave did an amazing job and took the time to personalize the room for us. We were very impressed with how neat and clean everything was at the end of each days work. We also were amazed at how much work Dave did by himself.
Our new room will be utilized to entertain guests and just plain relax, and we will always have the peace of mind that if we get flooded, we won't have to rip the walls apart and start from scratch.If you ever need a reference please don't hesitate to contact us.

Hello to Ray and everyone at BFS direct! Our basement room was completed last Friday and we wanted to send you a thank you.  When we have planned renovations in the past, it has been hard to picture exactly how they will turn out. That is definitely the case with this room!  It is much nicer than what we expected (and we were expecting a lot!) We really like the colors that we chose for the walls and floor And we were very impressed with all the care that Rick took doing the bulk of the work. We have big plans for our new space! Thanks again.

We absolutely love our new basement. The fact that it was installed in less than week really helped with our busy schedules. Now our kids have plenty of room to run around and be kids.

Basements systems of America helped us deal with some real problems that we had.  We had a small winding staircase that prevented us from using drywall or other walls.  Because of the design, Basements systems of America was able to work around that small entrance.  The result is a great new room that we didn't have to cut a hole in our floor for!

I wanted to thank you for my new basement. With our newly remodeled basement, my husband can watch his sports downstairs as loud as he wants.  I can finally fall asleep easier because I don't have to hear the TV.  Now he has his own personal space and I can reclaim my living room.

From start to finish we couldn’t be happier with our new basement.  The design was easy, the installation was quick and painless, and the price was right in our budget.   We can finally fit the entire family over for Thanksgiving dinner.   Thanks a lot!

When Jacob was born, Jaime lost her playroom.  We needed someplace for the kids to keep their toys. But we had always lived here. Our friends and family were here. The school is just down the street, and we liked the neighborhood.

We considered an addition but weren't in the right financial position; plus, the thought of having a construction crew in our backyard for a month interrupted our summer plans. When someone suggested finishing the basement, we honestly didn’t think it was possible to utilize such a dreary area. But with our new basement Jacob and Jaime have a new playroom that keeps them out of our hair for a while.  Plus we don’t have to pick up tons of toys everytime company comes over.
